My digital innovation work turns research into tools that help communities in Malawi and beyond. My PhD in Design Innovation shaped how I build these projects. I test ideas with real users, then improve them step by step, before scaling what works.

Each project follows a design innovation method: understand the problem, design a solution with users, test it, then refine it. My PhD research on assistive technology ecosystems in Southern Africa proved this approach works. I now apply the same thinking to platforms and tools that create real impact for communities.
