For over 20 years, I have led programmes in nonprofit management and international development. My work has taken me across Malawi, India, Botswana, and the UK.

Much of this work focuses on disability inclusion and equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI). I coordinated regional disability projects across the 16 member countries of the Southern Africa Development Community, based out of Botswana.

Projects in this category include:

  • AT-Info-Map Project, which maps assistive technology resources for people with disabilities.
  • Crafts Abilities Project, which supports livelihoods for people with disabilities.
  • Inclusive ECDE Project, which promotes inclusive early childhood education.
  • Inclusive Young Voices Project, which amplifies the voices of young people with disabilities.
  • UNCRPD Monitoring, which tracks how countries implement disability rights standards.

Each project combines strategic programme management with a focus on equity. I bring project management skills, built through certifications like PMP, alongside years of hands-on leadership in the nonprofit sector. The goal stays the same across every project: create fair access and real change for underserved communities.
