My motto is simple: the golden key that opens many doors. I hold a PhD in Design Innovation and years of hands-on project work. That mix of study and practice lets me move between fields with ease. I write grant proposals, guide students through university applications, carry out research, and coach project management candidates. Each skill opens a different door, and together they help NGOs, students, and professionals succeed.
Good proposals, solid research, and clear plans don’t happen by chance. They take time, careful thought, and a clear grasp of the problem at hand. I work with my colleagues at BizLounge to help online stores run with less manual work. We set up tools that handle email marketing, social media posts, and stock and order management. We also build AI chatbots that answer customer questions around the clock. If you’re starting out, we help you build a store on platforms like Shopify, TikTok Shop, or eBay. Our aim is simple: cut the busywork, so you can focus on growing your business.
Non-profit digital innovation
I work with my colleagues at the First Web Foundation to help small nonprofits build a strong online presence. We provide free websites, domains, and hosting for eligible nonprofits and social enterprises. Our volunteer web developers offer hands-on support, and we run training in tools like Canva. We also help organisations raise funds through crowdfunding platforms and social media. Our goal is to help nonprofits do more good, without needing a big technology budget.
