As a multi-talented individual involved in various work engagements with multiple clients often concurrently, one of the commonest questions I get asked is, “George, how do you manage?” An extension to the same question is, “How do you maintain your productivity with multi-tasking?”

These questions are perfectly understandable. Multi-tasking has, more often than not, proven to be an enemy of productivity.

It is, therefore, for this reason that Over the past year or so, I have taken a special interest in productivity optimisation as a subject matter. Surely, there is no denying the fact that my pathway can appear like a tornado of responsibilities as a Project Management Professional (PMP®), e-commerce enthusiast, nonprofit management specialist, innovation catalyst, productivity coach, and creative writer.

However, I have some good news! Firstly, I usually do not work alone, rather, I work with a team of well-qualified professionals in different disciplines.
